The front features a decorative border around a central image. At the top, "Sincere Greetings" is written, and below a branch adorned with numerous pink blossoms and green leaves, "All Good Wishes" is inscribed. Below this, a diamond-shaped vignette depicts a serene landscape with a building, possibly a church or a large house, nestled among rolling hills and trees. The back includes a handwritten message dated May 16, 1912, from "Aunt Susie" to "Farther," discussing plans for Chester to go fishing on Decoration Day, and addressed to Miss Ellen Mohl in West Sand Lake, NY.
