Additional Details:

Herndon Davis, famous Denver artist, painted the face in the Teller House Bar in 1936. He was inspired by the poem and when he was in Central City doing other painting, he decided the Teller House Bar was just the spot for the face of Madeline. The face is well protected and needs little touching up.
