Ghost Tower, Warwick Castle

| WARWICK CASTLE GHOST TOWER is haunted— or so it is said. Built during the 14th century the tower contains two principle rooms, these are, an oak panelled bedroom and a study. These rooms were used by Sir Fulke Greville after he had obtained the Castle from King James I in 1604. Sir Greville was murdered by his servant, Hayward,and died on 30th September, 1628. It is said that his ghost still haunts the old study. |
