Additional Details:
| This building was the administrative palace of the police, etc. The wall plaques are coats-of-arms of successive mayors. Usually there are pieces of statuary on the ledges of the balcony, for example, a bronze peacock. Part of this building was a prison. Due to its nature, the interior walls are of unpainted, large stones and the rooms are unlike those of Italian palaces. |
