Additional Details:
The Pulpit is of renaissance design based on that in San Miniato, Florence. Above it hang the colours carried at Waterloo by the Second Battalion Coldstream Guards. A medallion of the great Duke of Marlborough occupies the spandrel between the arches of the Musicians' Gallery and a portion of the mosaic of the transfiguration, in memory of General Lord Rokeby (1798-1883), is seen above.
