The front features an illustration of a young woman gazing thoughtfully out a window. Above her, a poem reads: "CHRISTMAS Day all bright and blue, Clear skies and silver snow; And for my gift the thought of you Beneath the mistletoe." A large ornate 'C' is visible in the upper left corner, with icicles hanging from a ledge. The back of the card is addressed to Miss Hilda Lemieux in Chicago and bears a Christmas greeting from E. Becker, postmarked December 24, 1909, from Kinzel, C.
