An artistic depiction of a large clock face with Roman numerals, set to 12 o'clock. Surrounding the clock are twelve allegorical figures of women in flowing dresses, some dancing, some playing musical instruments. Above the clock, a group of men and women in historical attire are gathered, also engaged in music and conversation. The bottom banner reads "Una gioia per ogni giorno dell'anno" (A joy for every day of the year).
