Two young girls, dressed in festive attire, look up at Santa. One girl reaches into a smaller bag of apples Santa holds. The tree is adorned with candles and red ornaments. The card wishes "Merry Christmas" in German. The back of the card is postmarked Bonne Terre, MO, December 22, 1903, and addressed to Mr. Henry Krone in Elaine, MO.
