| Jackson Square is one of the main attractions of New Orleans' historic French Quarter. The tall spires of the Saint Louis Cathedral rise on the far side of the Square, attracting visitors and worshippers alike. Flanking the cathedral is the Presbytere and the Cabildo, two nearly identical Spanish colonial-style buildings. Today, the two buildings are part of the Louisiana State Museum. |
