| This scene taken at WATERPLACE PARK shows part of the CAPITAL CENTER PROJECT. It was the result of the actual moving of two Providence rivers, the WOONASQUATUCKET RIVER and the MOSHASSUCK RIVER. This project also eliminated the 'WORLD'S WIDEST BRIDGE,' the Crawford St. Bridge, which was listed in the Guinness Book Of Records, for many years. |
