Mission Houses Museum, Frame House & Printing House, Hawaii

| The Frame House, built in 1821, is the oldest wooden house in Hawaii. Pre-cut and transported from New England in 1820, for thirty years it sheltered mission families and guests. The adjoining Printing House contains a working replica of the Ramage Press, first operated on January 7, 1822. The Hawaiian Mission Children's Society maintains the museum open to the public Tuesday through Sunday. |
