Hoop Dance at Smoke Tree Ranch Stage Coach Ruins
Additional Details:
| This ceremonial Hoop Dance is taking place in front of the old Stage Coach ruins on the grounds of the Smoke Tree Ranch. These ruins date back to 1872 when Palm Springs, or Agua Caliente as then known, was a stop on the old Bradshaw Stage line which ran from Prescott, Arizona, to the coast. This stage run ceased when the Southern Pacific started running trains through to Yuma in 1877. |
