A message written in dense, cursive Japanese script (kuzushiji). The address side is directed to the famous Japanese writer and army surgeon, Mori Ōgai, at his address in Kyobashi, Tokyo. The postcard is postmarked in Kyobashi on September 29, Meiji 42 (1909). A sender's seal indicates the origin from Mori Ōgai's residence in Sendagi, Komagome. |
