This is a philatelic Maximum Card from France, posted in 1975. The card features a reproduction of the painting "La femme à la balustrade" (Woman at the Balustrade), a 1907 work by the Fauvist artist Kees van Dongen. The postcard is stamped with a 1.20 franc stamp also depicting the same artwork and has a first-day issue postmark from Strasbourg, dated April 26, 1975.
