Additional Details:
A four-story brick school building with a stone foundation, identified on the facade as St. John's Institute, built in 1914. The building has a central entrance with a pediment and a cross at the peak of the central gable. A metal fire escape is on the left side of the building. A small windmill is visible in the background on the right. A handwritten message on the back notes: "This is the new boyp [sic] building, it is in the same place the old one was."
