| The Bermuda Cathedral, centre of the Church of England, was built on the site of Holy Trinity Church, which was burned in 1884 by an incendiary fire. In 1894 the imposing modern Gothic structure was dedicated. In 1911 it was consecrated. Stones from five nations were used in its construction. |
