Watch Hill Rhode Island Lighthouse

| The first lighthouse was built in 1807, the present 45 foot tower of Westerly Granite was constructed in 1856. On Aug. 31, 1986 this lighthouse was leased by the U.S. Coast Guard to the Watch Hill Lighthouse Keepers Association and the Watch Hill Improvement Society for 30 years. |
