MIDNIGHT SUN IN ARCTIC ALASKA-The sun never sets in
Arctic Alaska on the longest days of the year. At Kotzebue
it stays up for 36 days, starting June 2nd. At Barrow, the
northern tip of Alaska, the sun doesn't set for 82 days,
starting May 11th. Only on Wien Air Alaska Arctic tours do
you spend the night in the TRUE Arctic, north of the Arctic
Circle where you may see and photograph the sun at mid-
night as shown in this time lapse photo taken from 11:00
p. m. to 1:00 a.m.
