THE BEAUTIES OF CHICAGO'S PARKS
The Chicago Park District includes 136 sep-
arate parks and 205 miles of boulevards and
scenic driveways, all located within the Chi-
cago city limits. Included also is the famous
Outer Drive extending for miles along the
Lake Michigan shore, with 12 bathing beaches,
picturesque yacht harbors and inviting golf
links along the way. In the parks are also
the famous Lincoln Park Zoo, Garfield Park
Conservatory, Adler Planetarium, Japanese
Gardens, Buckingham Fountain, bird sanctu-
aries, famous statues and monuments, gor-
geous floral displays. Spring, Summer, Fall
or Winter, Chicago's parks offer attraction
and enjoyment.
