Dear Sir:
I am submitting my claims to the rank
and file of the Republican Party, regardless
of past affiliations, for consideration. If
elected Governor, I will deal with the party
as a whole, and not with factions. I have
not been connected with factions in the past,
and do not propose to be in the future, but
will hold myself in position to give due con-
sideration to the claim of each and every
Republican in the State.
