This new building is operating headquarters for
Distribution, Engineering and Stock Departments.
Its equipment includes the newly developed natural
gas turbine which provides all space heating, air
conditioning and electric requirements. On the old
manufactured gas plant site, it contrasts pleasantly
with "gas house district" memories.
