Additional Details:
Discovered by Lt. J. H. Simpson in 1948, these ruins were named White House or Casa Blanca because of white plaster found on some of the walls. The ruins were built by the Anasazi Indians in approximately 1040 A.D. and housed 10 to 12 families.
