plants for immediate planting. Our prices will be found to be the low-
est, while the stock is, as usual, of the very best quality. We desire
to call your attention to the following:
1. We will not substitute if out of variety ordered, but will fill with
larger or smaller grades. if out of size ordered.
2. No charge for delivery on rail or to the express company at Penryn

Baling aud packing are charged for. Add 40 cents to each $10.00 in
value of your order, to cover such charge Balling is 10 cents for each tree or
plant so ordered.
4.
Terms are CASH With the order in every case
5. Remit by draft on Sacramento or San Francisco, postoffice or express
order on Penryn. DO NOT SEND PERSONAL CHECK.
6.
We exercise the greatest care in growing trees and filling orders, and
we will not be responsible, should an error occur in filling an order, except to
replace the trees or plants that should prove not true to label.
