This beautiful rural setting in California's Marin
County is the site of the famous Rouge et Noir
Cheese Factory, established in 1865. Here many
travellers tour the manufacturing facilities and
the cellars of this unique enterprise from
another century. Here also they may rest and
picnic on the verdant pool-side lawn.
