WHEN BAG ATTACHED 3¢ This World Famous Salt Flats is known as Bonneville, left by the receding waters of Lake Bonneville. This Salt deposit covers approximately 160 square miles of Western Utah. The Salt is White, its aggregate Crystalline, Porous, Hard and Rigid; and supports heavy loads when dry. This area was first tested as an Auto Race Course in 1912, becoming famous in 1931 when Ab Jenkins of Salt Lake City, broke all previous World Speed Records. Since then many new records have been made. John Cobb of England, drove his Racer 369.74 miles per hour. The Telephone Poles in picture go over to this World Famous Automobile Speedway.
