The primary object of the Rochester
Industrial Exposition, of which this post
card is a souvenir, is to give evidence not
only of this municipal prosperity but to in-
form the world in general and the citizens
of Western New York in particular, that the
people of Rochester are wide awake every
minute, that their hearts are in the right
place and that the "Rochester spirit means
a royal welcome."
