Located twelve miles northeast of the city on
Peachtree Road, which appears in the foreground.
This camp, containing 1,200 buildings to accommo-
date 40,000 men, is reached by the Southern Rail-
way and the Ga. Electric Railway, and comprises
a tract of land of about two square miles. Historic
Stone Mountain may be seen in the distance.
