This newly constructed ski shelter has a
beautiful setting near the floor of Tuckerman
Ravine and under the rugged crags of Boot
Spur. It serves the countless thousands of
skiers who throng this Winter Playground in
Pinkham Notch, New Hampshire. Two popu-
lar ski trails starting near the Appalachian
Mt. Club Headquarters on Route 16 lead by
this shelter.
