Gerald R. Ford, our nation's 38th President returned to his hometown, Grand Rapids, Michigan for the dedication of the new $11 million Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum. Ford came to office and helped restore the honor of the American presidency form the opprobrium of Watergate.
