Baldwin Hall, Hartford County 4-H Outdoor Center,
Marlborough, Connecticut. A pine-paneled, heated
dining hall on the upper level, and a recreation
and crafts hall on the lower level provide facil-
ities for youth activities on a year 'round basis.
Leadership development and citizenship education
of youth are emphasized in 4-H.
