COMBINE HARVESTING WHEAT IN KANSAS
Kansas, "The Sun Flower State" is the
largest wheat producing state in the United
States. It leads the nation in flour milling,
manufacturing more wheat flour than any
other state.
Supporting its leadership in flour milling,
Kansas has the largest wheat storage capacity
in the Union. The many grain elevators,
throughout the state, have rightly been called
