U. S. ARMY MOHAWK TURBO-PROP AIRPLANE
The U. S. MOHAWK Turbo-Prop fixed wing airplane is the Army's new
twin-engine Observation Aircraft--the first to utilize turbo-prop power.
A special ski-kit can be installed to the landing gear to permit this versatile
plane to operate from soft fields, mud or snow. The MOHAWK is manu-
factured by the Grumman Aircraft Engineering Corporation.
