The largest and finest fresh water beach of its kind in the world
created by the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority, a five
county public park and parkway agency. It is located 5 miles
east of Mt. Clemens and 22 miles northeast from downtown
Detroit. The park offers such recreational activities as shuffle-
board, pitchputt golf, roller skating, archery and water skiing.
Sun bathing on 55 acres of fine beach sand one mile long on
beautiful Lake St. Clair. Up to 30,000 people may be accom-
modated at one time. Open all year.
