The interior of this century old Shrine is complete with the same furnishings and decor as in Lincoln's day. This nationally known shrine is visited by thousands annually, and betrothed couples come from far and near to be married in its significant atmosphere. A Congregational church organized 1855, structure built 1860-64. Dr. Wm. S. Pitts wrote the song June 14, 1857. Rev. Glenn L. Utterback, Pastor
