Additional Details:
I never use tobacco or alcohol in any form. Even the mild use of stimulants is incompatible with good and perfect work. Men who smoke even one cigar a day cannot be trusted with some of my most delicate work. Cigarets are even more damaging than cigars, and their use by boys is little short of criminal. Several of my young friends who gave early promise of making happy, useful citizens - are now in their graves - solely by their use. No boy living would commence the use of cigarets if he knew what a useless, soulless, worthless thing they would make him. - Luther Burbank, Santa Rosa, California
