THE FOSHAY TOWER
The 32-story Foshay Tower, completed in 1929, is
447 feet tall and is the highest building in the
Upper Midwest It is designed after the Washing-
ton Monument in Washington, D. C. The observa-
tion balcony affording an excellent view of the
Twin Cities is a must for all visitors who come to
