| The new museum located at Front and Washington Streets in Marietta, Ohio is on the Muskingum River near its confluence with the Ohio, and is only one block from the Campus Martius Museum. Indoor and outdoor exhibits trace the history of river life, commerce and travel from the pioneer era of flat and keel boats through the golden age of stream to modern river uses. The museum is one of the properties of the Ohio Historical Society. |
