LISTENING TO THE STARS Located in a remote section of the Owens Valley, south of Bishop, California. Two gleaming reflectors constantly scan the sky, listening for signals from far out in space. These are radio telescopes - complementing the work of astronomers on Mt. Wilson near Pasadena and Palomar Mountain near San Diego. This is a project of California Institute of Technology.
