Series 2BDA 3 The Princess Hotel: At the edge of Hamilton Harbour and on the outskirts of Bermuda's capital city of Hamilton, the Princess is the Island's oldest resort hotel. It was completed in 1883 and named after Princess Louise, Queen Victoria's daughter who had earlier visited the British Colony. After more than a year of extensive renovations, the Princess was reopened in 1964 as the largest hotel in Bermuda (almost 1,000 guests.) |
