It is situated on a three-cornered lot, at the junction of Broadway and Fifth Avenue, overlooking Madison Square. It is considered a triumph of modern steel frame construction; erected on a space giving only 7,690 square feet, it is 300 feet high, and has 120,000 square feet of floor space.
