Title: Historic Middle Spring Church Shippensburg (PA), Chrome unused Description: Near Shippensburg, Pa. it was founded in 1738 by early Presbyterian settlers; this congregation has worshipped, first in a log church near the stream, then in a stone structure, and since 1847 in the present white-spired brick church, beautiful among trees and monuments to heroic dead.		Title: Kriner Hall Shippensburg (PA), Chrome unused Description: Completed in 1958. Provides ultra-modern dining and kitchen facilities for Shippensburg State College at Shippensburg, Pa., in the beautiful Cumberland Valley.

Title: Memorial Park Shippensburg (PA), Chrome unused Description: Dedicated September 4, 1950 as a permanent memorial to Shippensburg area war veterans. It covers 20 acres and includes lighted athletic field, swimming pool, picnic pavilions, and playgrounds. Bronze tablets in entrance contain 1491 WW II names and 472 Korean War names.		Title: Wright Hall Shippensburg (PA), Chrome unused Description: Wright Hall, a residence hall for Shippensburg State College students, opened in 1960. Part of the building now houses the college counseling center and the football coaches offices. It was named in honor of Dr. Earl Wright. A twin facility, McCune Hall, was also opened in 1960 and is named in honor of J.A.C. McCune and Edmund McCune.

Title: Old Main Shippensburg (PA), Chrome unused Description: The original college building, dedicated in 1871, still dominates the campus of Shippensburg State College in the beautiful Cumberland Valley at Shippensburg, Pa. The building has been modernized at various times. Its beautiful tower can be seen for miles in any direction.		Title: Widow Piper's Tavern Shippensburg (PA), Chrome unused Description: Once the "Widow Piper's Tavern," this house at Queen and King, Shippensburg, Pa., was built in 1735 and used for Cumberland County court sessions 1750-1751 until a court house was erected in Carlisle. Front wall was completely rebuilt in 1961. Civic Club maintains this building as a meeting place.

The three level structure is air conditioned and humidity controlled and has a capacity of 250,000 volumes. It was occupied in many of 1968.
