Title: First Presbyterian Church Peru (IN), Linen PM 1949 May-04		Title: Cole Porter Home Peru (IN), Chrome unused Description: Cole Porter was born in Peru, spent his boyhood days here. Leaving Peru and after his college days, traveled extensively abroad. Composed many popular songs, best remembered, "Night and Day." and song about the Mississinewa River dedicated to the state of Indiana.

Title: Circus City Peru (IN), Chrome unused Description: Architect's sketch of Indiana's "Circus City" Civic Center, nearing completion by 1970. Home of Circus City Festival held annually 3rd week of July. Evening performance at 8 P.M., with a matinee at 2 P.M. following a big street parade at 10 A.M. on Saturday. Wallace Circus first wintered here about 1870. Peru was winter quarters for seven of the world's major circuses. At the site of one of these is now the Paul Kelly animal farm. Marshall, Gov. of Indiana, principal speaker during ceremony. Miami County Museum located on 4th floor. Open daily 9 AM-12 Noon, except Sundays and Holidays. Free Admission.

Title: United States Post Office Peru (IN), Chrome unused Description: Cornerstone was laid in 1963. Dedication ceremonies, Sunday Afternoon, July 19,1964. Building was constructed during the administrations of Presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson, John A. Gronouski, Postmaster General. Principal speaker at the dedication was Hon. Frank V.
