On the shore of the Mississippi River at Rock Island, Ill., hub of the Quad-Cities. Modern Woodmen, organized in 1883, is one of the nation's leading fraternal life insurance societies and has more than one billion dollars of life insurance in force. This Home Office was occupied in 1967.

Description:
the largest single quarters in the U.S. Army, was begun in 1870 by Brig. Gen. T.S Rodman, "the Father of Rock island Arsenal." It was completed in 1872 by Major Flagler, the first officer to occupy the house. Since then, it has been the residence of commanders and commanding generals to the present time. It contains a total of 19,105 square feet of floor space divided into fifty-one rooms.

Description:
The Rock Island Arsenal Reservoir was completed in 1871. Circular in shape, it is 86 feet in diameter at the top and 97 feet at the floor grade. The overall height is 68 feet to the top of the ventilator cupola. The walls are of stone and are 3 feet 8 inches thick at the top and 7 feet 10 inches thick at the base. The capacity is 800,000 gallons. It is still in use today.

The performers are Black Hawks people the Fox from Iowa. Iowa, and Sauk from Oklahoma including direct blood decendents of Black Hawk.
