Feast hall and shops of the remarkable religious community established here in 1825 by the Harmony Society under father George Rapp. Most of its central Buildings still stand, and have been restored and opened to the public sas a property of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.

The Harmony Society church building, Old Economy, Ambridge, Pa. The church was first used in 1831 and has been in continual use ever since. It was designed by Frederick Rapp (1775-1834) and is considered to be one of the most attractive buildings in Western Pennsylvania.
