Originally a Westwood Transportation Coach, the Bus is now in the Chet foramen collection.

HPO No. 1 retraced the original route taken by the first HPO on February 10, 1941, between Harrisonburg, Virginia and Washington, D.C.HPO No. 1 is viewed here between Lacey Spring and New Market, Virginia while on its 146 mile route.

The Tunnel is one mile long, is lighted by 574 light boxes, is open twenty-four hours per day, and there is a continuous service of Tunnel buses.
