Inside the walls there are vocational opportunities and trade schools. Modern equipment and facilities are used toward the inmates rehabilitation. To illuminate the falls and fountains, 1,230 lamps are required of a total of 258 kilowatts.

To supply the falls and fountains, a pumping station is required equipped with one horizontal direct connected centrifugal pump with a capacity of 2,000 gallons a minute, and another with a capacity of 1,000 gallons a minute. The same water tumbling over the Cascades is repumped and used over and over again.
