An aerial view of the 175 acre grounds of the Eastern States Exposition, West Springfield, Mass., the Show Window of the East. Largest industrial and agricultural exposition in the entire East, the Exposition attracts some half million people annually to view more than 3500 head of livestock, some 350 national exhibits and the more than $5,000,000 display of outdoor machinery. The exposition is held the third full week of September each year.
