The Seneca and Annex is a new and thoroughly modern structure with accomodations for one hundred and fifty guests. All bed rooms are provided with stationery washstands, hot and cold running water. They are steam heated and equipted with local and long distance telephone service. The bath rooms are so arranged as to permit of guest having individual bath rooms, or private bath rooms en suite. All rooms are comfortable, light and airy outside rooms. Radio concerts in the parlors. Our location is, we think, very nearly ideal. The Hotel is out among the nice residences and yet only a few minutes walk, from the heart of the shopping district and is close also to the principal places of amusement, the leading churches, the parks and the public library. There is no more desirable location to be found.

Situated on the Atlantic Ocean Eighteen miles east of Jacksonville, the gateway of Florida on State Road 78. It has a year round climate on 70 degrees. A fine fishing pier extends out on the ocean a rendezvous for the angler. Safety for the bather is assured by a Red Cross Life Saving Corp of about 60 or more men; this being the first Red Cross Station organized in the United States. Motor Races are regular events on these hard packed sand beaches having a length of approximately forty miles. Its Hotels shops, picture shows and other amusements and its concrete promenade, gaily lighted, serve week-end crowds of over a hundred thousand. Beautiful settings of sub-tropical palms and sand dunes are in evidence among the beautiful homes belonging to commuters and local residents which line the beaches and vicinity.
