Description:
Hundreds of young men are buried here that worked in the Goldfield Mining District. They died of silicosis or "Rock on the Box." Razor sharp silica dust particles were breathed into their lungs. The lungs were cut to shreds and the victim drowned in his own blood. The town of Goldfield is in the midground.
