Description:
Erected in 1873, one of the first official county buildings, this edifice still houses the judicial proceedings of the county. Surrounded by rolling emerald green lawns, it is the tribute to the integrity and foresight of the county pioneers. For years, at 9 o'clock each evening, the curfew pealed from one of its towers.
